About Sofi

I am a Guatemalan artist, born in 1988. Throughout my life, I have always been active in visual activities such as design and animation. I hold a degree in Graphic Design from Rafael Landívar University. I have always loved illustration, and little by little it brought me closer to the world of art.

My art is figurative, with the aim of bringing light and hope to the lives of others. My work is extremely colorful and intended to bring joy during difficult times, to awaken the viewer's humanity through stories of everyday life or sometimes magical ones like fairy tales. In most of my pieces, there are animals, as I believe they bring us closer to God and nature and reflect certain human qualities or can serve as important symbols in our lives.
